PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The general scope of the requirements will be furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the Construction of the Access Control Points (ACP) in support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) West Facilities Modernization (WFM) program in St. Louis, Missouri. But not limited to, please review the specifications for a complete scope of work. Question Deadline 05/15/2023 Magnitude of Construction: $10M - $25M *Amendment 0004 drawings and specs should be uploaded. You are required to bid off of the latest drawings and specs. *Attached for your review and consideration is the updated RFI report with 32 questions and no responses. *Updated RFI report for your review and consideration. *New RFI Report, 37 of the 38 questions have been answered. Attached the RFI report for your review and consideration. **PLEASE BID OFF OF AMENDMENT 0004's REVISED DRAWINGS AND SPECS** *The updated RFI report is attached for your review and consideration. New questions were submitted, and we have 55 answered of the 64. *RFI Report is completed, and all 64 questions are now answered. Report is attached for your review and consideration. *Amendment 5, Please reference the attached Amendment 5 documents that include a revised CLIN schedule, section 34 specifications, temporary secure perimeter fence drawing, and plans. Lastly, be sure to acknowledge receipt of Amendment 5 when submitting proposals. *Please reference Amendment 6 (attached), this amendment provides an update to CLIN schedule and wage determination rates. As always, please be sure to acknowledge receiving all Amendments on your proposals. *Please review the changes in amendment 0007.
