The design and furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor for the construction of FREDERICK DOUGLASS COMMUNITY CENTER(FDCC) and all necessary appurtenances and record drawings, surveys, and incidental work to provide a complete and serviceable project identified as follows: FREDERICK DOUGLASS COMMUNITY CENTER(FDCC) Work to include all materials necessary to construct the proposed one-story building and site work at the address and location shown in the construction drawings dated March 10, 2023. The new site work includes, but is not limited to, parking spaces, bicycle racks, landscaping, ADA walkways, pavers, and fencing. The scope of work also includes demolition of the existing single-story building, removal of the existing parking lot, and the relocation of trees from the project site to the Fort St parking lot per plan L1.1.1 (Fort St) Demolition of 6,114 SF Building and construction of new 9,587 SF 1-Story Building Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to July 2023.
