Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
This project is for the construction of a new Bus Lot for Horry County Schools. The lot consist of 215 Bus Spaces, 227 Car spaces, Propane Fueling Area, and Utility Stubs for future office connections. Storm water is captured in a series of structures and pipes and then routed to an onsite Water Quality Unit before discharging to the adjacent canal. A landscape berm shall border the site to the south and west. A secondary access point shall cross the canal on the north side of the site, over a culvert which replaces three (3) 48" Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP). The bus parking area and circulation drive is planned to be concrete pavement and the car parking area is planned to be light duty paving Question Deadline 04/24/2023 at 12:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted in writing to the District Bid Contact Person
