As of December 15, 2025, Skanska USA has yet to put out an announcement release for the project which will have details about the project's start date, etc. Shortlisted Teams: 1. Skanska-CEC, Joint Venture 2. Flatiron-Myers-Obayashi, A Joint Venture 3. Traylor-American Bridge, Joint Venture 4. Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. 5. Griffith-Golden State Bridge, Joint Venture 6. OHLA USA, Inc The Project is located on Route 47, in the City of Los Angeles from PM 0.4 to 2.0 on the Vincent Thomas Bridge (Bridge No. 53-1471). The project proposes to replace the entire bridge deck, upgrade existing barriers and railings, and replace seismic sensors. Construction is currently estimated to start in early 2025 and to end in 2027 The Department will allow the use of text with font size smaller than 12-point for only charts, tables, exhibits, and other illustrative and graphical information.
