Late Start Date: May 29, 2023 Substantial Completion Date: November 30, 2023 Final Completion Date: April 30, 2024 Liquidated Damages: $500.00 per day The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and also reserves the right to waive technicalities and irregularities. Prospective bidders are advised that the City of Iowa City desires to employ minority contractors and subcontractors on City projects.
