Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Latham, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and municipal facility.

Furnishing and installing all new construction for a 8,500+/- square foot Pure Waters Operations Building of steel construction, including but not limited to all finishes, interior and exterior features, doors and windows, foundations, site construction and underground utilities, paving and landscaping; Electrical construction including all electrical systems, new electrical service, circuits, conductors, conduit, switches fixtures and start up; Mechanical systems including heating, ventilating and air conditioning, controls and start up; plumbing systems including underslab piping, hot and cold water supply piping, fixtures, connections and start up; Fire Protection including all fire protection piping, heads, controls, start up and testing; All as described in the specification section 01 12 50 Summary of Multiple Contracts. Project consists of five (5) Contracts, as follows: G-1 for all General Construction and Site Construction E-1 for Electrical work HVAC-1 for all Heating, Ventilation and Mechanical work P-1 for all Plumbing FP-1 for all Fire Protection. The Town would like this work completed by late summer of 2024, weather permitting.
