This Request for Quotations (the RFQ) is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the Board) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for RFQ 23-50A roof replacement and RFQ 23-50B gender neutral washroom installation at NDSS, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). RFQ 23-50A roof replacement: The scope of work includes for the replacement of 3,314 SM of existing roofing with a new modified bitumen roof system, including associated mechanical, electrical and sheet metal work. In addition, the project includes the reconfiguration of two large structural steel platforms on Roof Area B. This work includes the removal of the existing mechanical rooftop units, removal of the existing steel structure and reinstallation of a portion of the existing structure. RFQ 23-50B gender neutral washroom installation: The scope of this project is to renovate a common washroom space into three gender neutral washrooms and one universal washroom with associated electrical and mechanical work.
