Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Uwchlan Township is accepting Bids to perform Roadway Milling and Paving for 2023. Township Secretary, Upper Uwchlan Township, 140 Pottstown Pike, Chester Springs, PA 19425 accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price. The bid specifications, summarized, include approximately 6,484 S.Y. of milling work and approximately 3,605 tons of paving (1.5 inch thick 9.5mm Superpave bituminous concrete). The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. The public is invited to attend. Michael Esterlis, Director of Public Works. Department of Labor & Industry Prevailing Wages Apply.
