(4 renewal options of one (1) year each) The Municipality of Saint-Polycarpe wishes to obtain tenders for road marking work on the territory of the Municipality. SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS: Interested persons can obtain the tender documents only through the electronic tendering system ( , or for the Montreal region at 514-856-6600, or outside toll free at 1-866-669-7326). See the other conditions in the invitation to tender. Information request : Tenderers who wish to receive information or clarifications regarding the call for tenders must do so in writing . The Municipality reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a tenderer if this request is sent to it less than three (3) working days before the deadline date and time set for the receipt of tenders. Only suppliers with a business office in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement and holding the required licence(s) are eligible to bid. A supplier registered in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not ended, is not eligible to submit a tender; this case of inadmissibility also applies to the tenderer's subcontractors.
