Spartanburg Housing is seeking bids from qualified licensed contractors to abate existing flooring and to install new vinyl plank flooring and replace the ceramic tile in the bathrooms for 41 residential units located at J.C. Bull Apartments in Spartanburg County. All requests for interpretation of specifications shall be emailed to procurement@spartanburghousing.org by 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, May 11, 2023, seven (12) calendar days prior to the due date. Any updates to this IFB document will be issued as addenda and will be on file in Procurement until bids are opened. All such addenda will become part of the contract and all Bidders will be bound by such addenda, whether received by the Bidder.
