Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Project has 23 distinct sewer main repairs, which include: 21 spot sewer main repairs (Sites 1- 19) and 2 full line sewer main replacements (Sites 20 & 21). This Project consists of the following elements of Work: Performing spot/full line sewer rehabilitation to existing sewer pipes of varying depths and sizes. This includes traffic control, coordinating with other utilities and agencies, tree protection, private property and surface settlement monitoring, vibration monitoring, utility settlement monitoring, surface removal, excavation, dewatering, temporary sewer bypass, side sewer reconnections, replacing pipe, pipe fittings, maintenance holes and channels, bedding, jet cleaning, CCTV inspection, backfilling, pavement & landscape restoration, new ADA curb ramps, and pedestrian signalization upgrades.
