As of June 20 2023 there is a CMaR awarded The intent of the Owner in involving a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) prior to the Construction Phase of the project is to benefit from the Contractors expertise with regard to regional market knowledge of construction materials, placement methods, and skilled trade considerations. The CMAR will also provide drawing reviews and working estimates necessary to support the design and construction effort. The CMAR will play an important role in providing information that will maximize the ability of the Project Delivery Team to meet the Owner's functional, aesthetic, and budgetary needs in the least amount of construction time possible. A. Over the duration of the project, the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) will be expected to attend Monthly Project Delivery Meetings. Consulting engineers (civil, structural, MEP) will be in attendance as required. Additional meetings may be held for pricing review and value engineering as needed. During the design and construction phases, the Architect will be responsible for taking minutes during these meetings. During construction, the CMAR will be responsible for minutes and action items. Minutes are to be distributed within ten (10) days of the meeting
