Renovation of a water / sewer project in Central Park, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the Pacific Beach Wastewater Treatment Plant Electrical and Controls Modernization. Pacific Beach Wastewater Treatment Facility is conducting a control system and variable frequency drive (VFD) replacement project. The project consists of a staged replacement of the outdated Allen Bradley SLC 500 programmable logic controller platform with a modern Allen Bradley CompactLogix platform programmable automation controller (PAC). The project includes replacement of seven outdated VFDs with modern VFDs in the existing motor control centers (MCCs). The existing DataHighway+ (blue hose) remote IO cabling and equipment will be replaced with modern Ethernet equipment compatible with the new CompactLogix PAC platform equipment. This project requires wiring and equipment modifications as to multiple control panels, MCCs, and networking equipment to complete the planned upgrades. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE $300,000 TO $400,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
