Location of Work Site(s): Within the Corporate Limits of the Town of Berryville Period of Contract: Fiscal Year 2023 (Enumerated projects must be completed before July 1, 2023 unless an extension is approved in writing by the Town of Berryville). Bidders must submit sealed bids. Bidders must complete and return this cover sheet with their bids. Bids shall be made on the 8id Proposal forms Scope of Work and Proposal Cover with all items completely filled out. Before submitting bids, the bidders shall carefully examine the Specifications and other Contract Documents, visit the site of the work, and fully inform themselves by such means as they may think necessary or desirable as to all existing conditions and limitations. The bidder assumes full responsibility for the timely delivery of a bid to the designated location. Bids delivered to any other office or location will not be considered.
