Purpose of Procurement Georgia Highlands College (hereinafter, the State Entity) is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers interested in providing Georgia Highlands College Restroom Renovations. This electronic Request for Qualified Contractors (eRFQC) is intended to identify one or more responsible suppliers who meet or exceed the identified requirements contained herein. This eRFQC will not result in contract award. Instead, this eRFQC will establish a list of one or more qualified suppliers who will be eligible to participate to win future contracts from the State Entity. The intent of the Georgia Highlands College Restroom Renovations is to renovate existing space in an occupied building to convert that space into restrooms and a break room.
