Renovation of an educational facility in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sequel Developers, Inc. has been selected by Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) to provide construction management services for the OCPS Six Sites HVAC Systems Capital Renewal Project. The HVAC systems renovations of six elementary school sites include: Baldwin Park ES, Millennia ES, Wyndham ES, Eagles Nest ES, East Lake ES, and McCoy ES. Scope of work includes the replacement of existing air distribution equipment, the building automation system, and selected equipment and piping replacement in the central energy plant. The renovation scope of the individual sites will vary. All work shall be in accordance with bidding documents, drawings, specifications and other construction documents. Sequel encourages and invites M/WBE, LDB & VBE Subtrade and Suppliers to submit bids on any portion of this project. Sequel is an Equal Opportunity Employer, license #CGC1512796.
