The Downtown Revitalization Phase 1 (North Main Street) is to replace the sidewalks along Main Street (SR 166) and Public Square through the intersection of Church Street located within the City of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. The project includes ADA accessible pedestrian walkways (i.e. sidewalks), ADA accessible pedestrian ramps, ADA accessible crosswalks, ADA pedestrian signals, a traffic signal and push buttons, signage, landscaping, pedestrian lighting, a fountain, pedestrian amenities and the milling and resurfacing of the roadway The city of mount pleasant hereby notifies all bidders that a 6.23% disadvantaged Business enterprise (dbe) goal has been set for this project and must be met or exceeded The CITY OF MOUNT PLEASANT HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS IS RESERVED Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and on forms available from CTConsultants, Inc. at a non-refundable cost of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).
