This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the "District") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Highlands Way South Bike Lane as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). As part of its 2023 Active Transportation improvements, the District of Squamish will be installing an uphill bike lane on Highways Way South. These improvements include a multi-use path section, an on-street bike lane section, curbing changes, landscaping, trees and irrigation line, as well as the installation of approximately 320m of a new waterline.
