Preparation of CEQA and NEPA compliance documents such as initial studies, exemption justifications, mitigated negative declarations, environmental impact reports, environmental assessments, and environmental impact statements. Environmental studies related to CEQA and NEPA compliance (noise studies, biological surveys, cultural resources assessments, etc.). Air quality analysis (including greenhouse gas emissions and climate change analysis). Permitting assistance and coordination with agencies having jurisdiction. Biological assessments related to State and Federal Endangered Species Act Compliance. Consideration of tribal cultural resources (AB 52). Implementation assistance with required mitigation monitoring and reporting during construction and/or operation. Revegetation and habitat restoration design, implementation, and monitoring Emergency project permitting and reporting. Public outreach including, but not limited to, developing project information exhibits for public awareness of MWA projects, presenting at public meetings or hearings, and conducting outreach to project stakeholders.
