The Municipality intends to retain the services of a qualified firm to undertake a capacity review for a number of our systems, with the intent of assessing current available capacity as well as upgrades needed to accommodate a number of specified developments in Truro Heights, Salmon River, Bible Hill and Debert. Proposals will be received by the Municipality of Colchester's Public Works Office, Truro, N.S., for Engineering Services for the completion of water and sewer capacity studies for various communities across the County. Proposals will only be accepted from consultants who have obtained the Request for Proposals document from the Municipality. The Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals or any proposal; not necessarily accept the lowest fee proposal; waive any irregularities, formalities, informalities or technicalities; and to accept or reject any offer whatsoever as considered by the owner to be in its best interest. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
