The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received. To be valid, each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond issued by an insurance company for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid (taxes included), payable to of the municipality of Mont-Blanc.
