Supplier to provide and install work which includes, but not necessarily limited to, construction of new facilities: One 0.3 million gallon per day (MGD) package plant, including an Aeration Basin, Final Clarifier, Sludge Holding Tank, all interconnecting piping, fittings, pumps and air piping necessary to transfer flow between package plant basins, and other appurtenances within the package plant to produce a functioning system. Headworks structure upstream of the plant with a manual bar screen sized for 0.6 MGD. Chlorine Contact Basin sized for 0.6 MGD. Gaseous chlorine chemical feed system sized for 0.6 MGD. Blower system for the Aeration Basin and Sludge Holding Tank. Blower system for the Chlorine Contact Basin. Controls, control panels, instrumentation, programming, and electrical components necessary for a fully functioning treatment system. SUPPLIER shall also provide services for the design, installation, equipment checkout, commissioning, startup and demonstration testing, and operator training. A Bid Bond in the form of a certified/cashier's check, or an acceptable bidder's bond, must accompany each bid and shall be made payable without conditions to Owner in an amount of no less than two percent (2%) of total bid submitted. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities.
