Metal Building for Clinton High School BID DESCRIPTION Bid for Metal Building at Clinton High School. Vendors are to provide one original and one copy. Bid envelopes must have the Bid # on the cover. Questions are to be emailed to purchasing@andersoncountytn.gov and kaimeri@andersoncountytn.gov Anderson County is seeking bids for a new metal building for the Clinton High School Softball Field at 425 Dragon Drive, Clinton, TN, 37716. Job Specifications: . Excavate and set grade as necessary for new building construction . Install forms, rebar, and pour concrete pad 40' x'80' x 4" . Construct building . 40' X 80' X 12 . Manufactured trusses on a 4/12 roof pitch . 29 gauge metal for walls and roof . Double bubble insulation on walls and roof . 2 finished roll doors -10' x 10' . 2 entry doors - 80" x 36" . Wood framing preferred, 6" x 6" posts, 2" x 6" framing members . Backfill and re-seed the excavated area and cover with straw . Winning bidder responsible for any and all permits and inspections from the City of Clinton o Winning bidder responsible for all debris removal and maintaining a safe environment
