Job Specifications: . Excavate and set grade as necessary for new building construction . Install forms, rebar, and pour concrete pad 40' x'80' x 4" . Construct building . 40' X 80' X 12 . Manufactured trusses on a 4/12 roof pitch . 29 gauge metal for walls and roof . Double bubble insulation on walls and roof . 2 finished roll doors -10' x 10' . 2 entry doors - 80" x 36" . Wood framing preferred, 6" x 6" posts, 2" x 6" framing members . Backfill and re-seed the excavated area and cover with straw . Winning bidder responsible for any and all permits and inspections from the City of Clinton o Winning bidder responsible for all debris removal and maintaining a safe environment
