This is for Electrical services on a monthly rolling basis. Please see RFP document for further information. The Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa (THA) and its subsidiary Affordable Housing Property Solutions, Inc. (AHPS), invites proposals for a Contractor to provide Electrical Services. The criteria for evaluating the Proposals will be based on the items set forth in the RFP. Selected Responses will be added to the list of qualified and procured contractors, based on the determination of Evaluation Committee, of the vendors that best meets the current needs and long-term goals of THA / AHPS. e. The Office of Contracts reserves the right to reject any or all Responses. f. SCOPE: The contractor shall furnish all work, services, materials, and related items necessary to complete the work specified. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: i. Work of this Contract shall be comprised of year-round electrical inspection, installation, repair, and maintenance as relating to plumbing services of THA / AHPS properties; ii. Faulty wiring, lighting, breakers, outlets, detection, and repair; iii. Replacement of any electrical system or components; iv. Pulling new wiring, conduit installation; v. Installation of Exterior Lighting Systems - including building lights and pole lighting; vi. New electrical construction; vii. Residential electrical emergencies; viii. After-hours system maintenance to keep system operational.
