Drainage Infrastructure Repair and Replacement There will be no pre-bid conference. All questions to thomas.valton@mass.gov by 5/3/23. Bidders must be pre-qualified Mass Dot Highway Construction or Drainage. The project consists of the adjustment or rebuilding of drainage structures to proper grade, as well as repair, replacement, and installation of drainage infrastructure. The proposed contract includes a combined requirement of 10.4% of the bid price for minority-owned business enterprises and women-owned business enterprises. Proposed MBE/WBE plans that include solely MBE or solely WBE , or do not include a reasonable amount by both MBE and WBE firms to meet the combined requirements, will not be considered responsive.
