Renovation of a water / sewer project in Talbotton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work includes repairing sand filters and all related appurtenances. Payment for the Work will be made periodically on the basis of Contractors Applications for Payment processed by the Engineer. The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: City of Talbotton, Talbotton City Hall, 15 Washington Ave, Talbotton, GA 31827 (Owner) Peoples & Quigley, Inc., 6059 Boylston Drive, NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 (Engineer) Bidders must comply with Executive Order No. 11246 as amended, entitled Equal Employment Opportunity and with the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act (18 U.S.C. 874) as supplemented in Department of Labor Regulations (29 CFR, Part 3). Bidders must comply with all provisions of the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2007. Bids must include a completed Federal Work Authorization Contractor Affidavit as shown in Section CM1. The right is reserved by the Owner to delay the award of the Contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids, during which time bids shall remain open and not subject to withdrawal. The right is also reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities or informalities.
