Site work for a water / sewer project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the project, including approximately 177 linear feet of 16"and 399 linear feet of 8" diameter water main replacement by trenchless methods, fire hydrants and valves, surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work. Site 1 - From Interstate 35, Exit 70, head West on Mills Civic Parkway for 2 miles to the project site. Site 2 - From Interstate 35, Exit 69, head East on Grand Avenue for 1 mile, then head north on Thornwood Road for 0.1 mile to the project site. Est. Completion Date:Oct. 6, 2023 Est. Value:$ 362,500.00 The Contractor shall fully complete the project by October 6, 2023. Liquidated damages in the amount of Seven Hundred Fifty dollars ($750.00) per calendar day that the work remains uncompleted after the end of the contract period.
