Site 2 - From Interstate 35, Exit 69, head East on Grand Avenue for 1 mile, then head north on Thornwood Road for 0.1 mile to the project site. Est. Completion Date:Oct. 6, 2023 Est. Value:$ 362,500.00 The Contractor shall fully complete the project by October 6, 2023. Liquidated damages in the amount of Seven Hundred Fifty dollars ($750.00) per calendar day that the work remains uncompleted after the end of the contract period.
