The County reserves the right to terminate the contract for any violation, by the successful bidder, of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party time to remedy any deficiencies. Any question received after this deadline may not be answered. Remove up to (142) 4'x 8' sheets of plywood from the walls of the shoot house. Abate/remove lead debris, dust and contaminated 2" x 4" wood from behind the plywood walls. Replace plywood with 1/2" plywood Grade D and 426 2" x 4" (plywood supports) that need to be replaced. (Quantities will need to be verified in the field.) The 300 carriage steel bolts (with washers and nuts) are approximately 4" x 5/16" in length and are usually on the wall seams so they should not be damaged; however, it is unknown until the plywood is removed with the funds received being split between the contractor and county. The 1/2 inch plywood needs to have a smooth finish and cannot be OSB. Haul away all site-generated debris, trash and lead in accordance with State, local, EPA and OSHA regulations. This product must be disposed in a properly licensed landfill. Certified dump tickets must be submitted to the County for each load
