Renovation of an educational facility in Waterloo, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All material associated with Electrical Switchboard Material Replacement Bid Package Addition to W.J. Zahnow Elementary. It is the owner's intent to issue a purchase order for the switchboard as soon as possible while associated design is being completed. Upon completion of design, contract documents will be issued for bidding for an addition to the school which will necessitate replacement of the existing switchboard. Owner will guarantee payment of units, but the purchase order will be assigned to the successful bidding contractor for payment and installation of units. The proposals will be evaluated to determine the combination of pricing and delivery schedule that best meets the owner's interest. Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals. Do not include sales taxes in the bids, as the School District is sales tax exempt. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to award a Contract for any part of the Work or the Project as a whole.
