(https://nevada.ionwave.net) Question Cutoff Date: 5/11/2023 12:00 PM (ET) The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) Freeway and Arterial System of Transportation Department (FAST) is requesting the services of an electrical contracting firm (or firms), which specializes in providing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and Traffic Signal System emergency repair, non-emergency repair, and new equipment upgrade and installation. The selected firm(s) will be required to have qualified (ITS) and Traffic Signal System technicians that have demonstrated experience in ITS systems, traffic signal systems, interconnect systems, communications systems, traffic pre-emption systems, and priority systems. The firm(s) shall have personnel who have the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems within the systems. The firm’s technicians will respond to emergency calls and will need to promptly make temporary and/or permanent repairs. The general scope of services will cover scheduled installation and/or replacement of specified devices, task order-based installation, upgrade, or repair of equipment and supporting infrastructure, and on-demand technical support, consisting of the repair of ITS, traffic signal, and associated field assets damaged by crashes or other incidents that result in malfunction or failure.
