As of February 7, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. St. Charles County is seeking bids for Remove and Replace Metal Siding and Roof at Quail Ridge Shop Re-bid. St. Charles County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids. Remove & Replace Metal Siding & Roof at Quail Ridge shop Construction shall include all clearing, excavation, construction, and cleanup. All questions must be received no later than 3:00 PM on 04/27/2023.
