The owner has selected a Design Builder. The City of Elk River intends to retain a qualified contractor to design-build a 36'x40' pole building. This pole building will be used as a cold storage building for park maintenance related equipment. The site is located at Woodland Trails Regional Park, 20135 Elk Lake Rd NW, Elk River, MN 55330.
