Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 28,2023, project was awarded to Sundt Construction, Inc, awarded amount is $38,240,172.90. The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Two (2) miles of Paving: 68,000 SY of concrete paving, 8,270 SY of asphalt paving, 16,500 SY of concrete trail and sidewalk, 9,900 feet of concrete storm pipe, 47 curb inlets, 4,700 feet of 12-inch water line, 5,800 feet of 21 and 24-inch sanitary sewer line, 22 sanitary sewer manholes, signal lights at Roselawn Drive, FM 1515 & IH-35E, Contra Flow signals, 55 Street Lights, 28,000 feet pavement markings, underground electrical communications lines and 100 small signs.
