Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of May 22 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . Contractor to provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment, construction staking, and incidentals necessary to rehabilitate certain streets by removal and replacement of storm water inlets, removal and replacement of damaged curb and gutter sections, and removal and reconstruction of sidewalk ramps, all as directed by the City Engineer. Project description: To remove and replace storm water inlets and to reestablish street limits as directed by the City Engineer. The form of bid security shall be cash, cashier's check, or Bid Bond. The City of Owensboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in said bids. End Date - Friday September 29, 2023 No substitution will be considered prior to receipt of Bids unless written request for approval has been received by the Purchasing Agent at least seven (7) working days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. Every request for such interpretation, clarification, or additional information should be in writing addressed to Kalyn Fox, Purchasing Agent, at City Hall (101 E. 4th Street, Owensboro, KY42303) or emailed to bids@owensboro.org and to be given consideration must be received byThursday, April 20th, 2023
