Renovation of a municipal facility in Decatur, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work of this contract includes: replacement of windows at trash and elevator lobbies; replacement of entry doors at North entry vestibule; painting of EIFS systems at all locations on building exterior; replacement of sealant at all joints at windows, doors, louvers, EIFS panels, expansion joints, etc.; cleaning and sealing of brick and related masonry; painting of all existing balcony railings; and painting of all existing exterior hollow metal doors and frames; all as described and shown in the Contract Documents, prepared by Alliance Architecture, 929 Lincolnway East, Suite 200, South Bend, Indiana 46601. All principal subcontractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site to review the scope of work. Interested parties are to call the office of the Architect (574-288-2052) to confirm attendance.
