Reference number : 1715561 Ville de Lac-Brome is requesting tenders for the call for tenders VLB2023-12 - Granular reloading - Chemin Moffat . The successful tenderer must provide all the normal services which are usually required for this type of project. The tenderer must have an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to Ville de Lac-Brome according to the conditions of the call for tenders. All tenders must be produced and submitted on the tender form provided for this purpose and comply with the conditions stipulated in this request for tender and the accompanying Quote. With its tender, the tenderer must provide a tender guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the total, including taxes, of the tender in the form of a certified check drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a credit union, payable to Ville de Lac-Brome or an irrevocable letter of bank guarantee or a bond of the same value. Ville de Lac-Brome does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders presented and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers.
