The contractor shall furnish all supervision; labor, transportation, materials, tools, incidentals, equipment, and quality assurance at BLDG. 3631, JBSA FT. Sam Houston 502nd CES has purchased new boiler equipment that needs to be installed. The equipment is already on site and set in place where its ready to be installed. Contractor shall professionally install Raypak boiler, Buffer Tank and Storage Tank and provide all related support equipment, piping, and valves for BLDG. 3631. The requirements of this project consist of the following: A. Contractor shall install Raypak Boiler, Storage Tank, and Buffer Tank with accordance to the manufacture recommendations. B. Contractor shall verify and provide all related support equipment, piping and valves necessary to install boiler equipment. C. Contractor shall add the necessary valves to current system for proper isolation for future additions. D. Contractor shall perform a pressurize and leak test for all new piping and fix any leaks detected during this test. E. Contractor shall supply and install insulation on new piping. F. Contractor shall coordinate work schedule with 502d CES Operations/Planning section. 2. The Contractor shall make every effort to complete all elements of the project without electrical outages. Any electrical outages shall be coordinated and scheduled with Civil Engineering. Electrical outage forms shall be completed by the Contractor with coordination and may take up to three weeks for Government coordination dependent on location. All surveys and inspections shall be coordinated with the Government POC. 3. In addition, all construction work shall be performed in accordance with the latest version of the Uniform Building Codes and International Building Code (IBC), Federal, State, and local building codes and Texas Administrative Code, Title 30, Part 1, Chapter 334, Subchapter C, Rule 334.49.
