Renovation of a medical facility in Covington, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
AS of January 9, 2024, construction of this project has been completed, however, information regarding the awarded contractor and an exact timeline for construction have not been confirmed. The Work includes, but is not limited to, all work required to complete the construction of "The Women's Pavilion MRI Replacement' for St. Tammany Health System". Each bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to the Owner in an amount equal to at least 5% of the highest total amount (including All Alternates) of the Bid. The bid security may be in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond meeting the requirements of the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price, which bonds shall comply with the Bid Documents. The Owner may reject any Base Bid in excess of $375,000.00 or all Bids and may reject a Bid not accompanied by the bid security, or may reject a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular, or may reject a Bid for just cause.
