Project: Maricopa County Sheriff Office Warehouse - Durango Campus - A new 22,000 SF site tilt up cponcrete and steel roof structure building with all associated and required site and building utilities to include: New Facility: The new MCSOW facility provides the County team with a secure warehouse of 22,000 SF that include the following spaces: 2 loading docks with properly sized dock levelers and dock seals as follows: 2 - 48 Increased site circulation clearance of 180 feet clear from the building to edge of site, for better truck maneuverability and efficiency 24 Finished Floor elevation to get the building pad above the flood plain. Finished floor elevation will allow the best use of the existing site topography- See also Civil Narrative Administration sized for eight staff - Approximate 1,745 SF New break area with space for Refrigerator, counter with sink, space for some type of counter mounted ice machine, space for microwave, storage cabinets and 6 person table - Reconfigurations to existing site grading and drainage flow as required for new facility Located docks in a more centralized location for better flexibility and efficiency Notice is hereby given that Maricopa County (County) is conducting this invitation for SEALED BIDS for the work described herein to include a new 22,375 SF tilt-up concrete building to be utilized as a new Maricopa County Sheriff Office Warehouse, all interior, exterior, and site as described within plans/specifications. All work on this contract is to be completed within 331 CALENDAR DAYS beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference/site walk has been scheduled under this procurement.
