Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Project Start Date - 5/17/23 Project Substantial Completion Date - 9/8/23 Concrete, Waterproofing/Damp Proofing, Joint Sealants, Walk off Mat Flooring, Plumbing, Electrical, Excavation. he project scope involves replacing the existing HPER plaza concrete over the tunnel and classroom spaces. This will involve the coordination with an abatement subcontractor. Please review the schedule before sending a bid. There will be extensive coordination between abatement, waterproofing, excavation and backfill, and re-pouring of concrete. We can only open so much of the flatwork a time to be able to cover any area in the event of a summer storm because everything underneath the concrete are occupied spaces.s.
