Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

This work includes, but is not limited to, the full depth concrete rehabilitation (heavy duty concrete) of the IndyGo Headquarters Facility Loading Dock and access road, and repair by replacement the access sidewalks, stairs, and ramp. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to construct the improvements. The work shall include all necessary traffic maintenance and erosion control. The Contractor shall determine the full scope of work through the examination of the Contract Documents and site locations. All work shall be executed and completed within the Contract Time and Contract Milestones and in a manner that minimizes the impact to public access, traffic, businesses, residents, and the environment. Questions Due Date: May 19th 2023, 9:00 AM EDT Liquidated damages are required as a condition for this project. All requests for interpretation or clarification must be made in writing by no later than April 28, 2023, at 3:00 PM. Responses to requests for interpretation or clarification will be provided by Addendum posted to Bonfire on or before May 5, 2023. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount in the form and manner required in the Instructions to Bidders and Specification Section 004313 Bid Security. Bidder may not revoke or cancel his bid or withdraw from the competition for a period of (60) sixty calendar days after the opening of bids. In the event a Contract is awarded to Bidder, it will, within five (5) consecutive calendar days after the notice of award is submitted (or such other time as indicated in the Notice of Award) enter into a written contract and in the form included in Section 005201 with Owner in accordance with the accepted bid, and give to Owner a Contract Performance and Labor and Materials Payment Bond with good and sufficient sureties satisfactory to Owner in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Work ordered. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Owner shall have the right to take such steps as it deems necessary to determine the ability of the Bidder to perform the Work, and the Bidder shall furnish the Owner such data for this purpose as Owner may request.
