Only companies having an establishment in Canada (ACCQO AND ALEC) are authorized to bid for the execution of the work. Persons and companies interested in this call for tenders must obtain the tender documents by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service by contacting one of the representatives by telephone. at 1 866 669-7326, or by consulting the website . The documents can be obtained from March 24, 2023 at the cost established by them. The deadline for receiving complaints filed under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, c. C-65-1) is April 11, 2023 and the deadline for responding to them is April 21, 2023. The Municipality of Sainte-Germaine-Boulé does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s).
