CVWD is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for an on-call maintenance agreement to inspect, remove, replace, repair, and install appurtenances as necessary for pumps and well maintenance services, including deep well vertical turbine pumps, short coupled boosters, horizontal split case and centrifugal pumps, and water wells. See RFP document for more details. Within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award, the successful Respondent must furnish the District with the Certificates of Insurance and endorsement forms proving coverage as specified in the attached agreement and execute a written agreement with CVWD. The Successful Respondent shall submit a payment and performance bond in the amount of 100% of the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement.
