Improvements and modifications to the City of Tyler's Golden Road Water Treatment Plant shall include the following: Clarifier rehabilitation including removal and replacement of existing clarifier mechanism, effluent weirs, isolation gates, and associated electrical and controls in Clarifiers 3 and 4. Filter rehabilitation including removal disposal of existing filter media and filter underdrains and installation of new filter media, underdrain systems, surface wash system, and appurtenances in Filters 11, 12, 13, and 14.
