On behalf of itself and/or its affiliates, the Santa Clara County Housing Authority (SCCHA) is soliciting proposals from consultants to provide the agency with organizational and operational support on an as-needed basis. Proposers interested in responding to this solicitation should carefully review the RFP Instructions for additional information regarding key dates, the agencys business requirements, and the minimum qualifications. Similarly, Proposers must submit their questions and requests for information through Periscope. During the non-mandatory pre-proposal conference, Proposers will have an opportunity to ask clarifying questions about the information in the RFP packet. Proposers must have a Periscope account to participate in this solicitation. There is no cost to register, participate in this business opportunity, or to receive assistance from Periscopes customer support department.
