Site work for a water / sewer project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 24, 2024, All bids received were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. In the Dewatering and Drying Building at the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the Contractor will replace tires and trunnions on five Pier Davenport rotary drum dryers. The Contractor will Replace the inlet tire of Dryer 2; Replace the discharge tire of Dryer 5; Replace the inlet tire of Dryer 6; Replace the inlet and discharge tires of Dryer 10; Replace the discharge tire of Dryer 12; Replace all trunnions associated with the five dryers; Replace related equipment, such as pinion gears, shafts, seals, bearings, and thrust rollers; Realign and test the dryers; Provide training to the Owner and Owners Contract Operator, and Maintain all replaced parts for three years. Provide 8 spare trunnion assemblies, 1 spare uphill thrust roller and 2 spare downhill thrust rollers at Contract Completion.
