Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Virginia, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Virginia, Minnesota will receive bids for the Olcott Park Entrance Project subject to terms and conditions contained in Bidding Documents prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. Bids will be on Lump Sum basis. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. Contractors may be requested to submit "Contractor's Qualification Statement". This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Prevailing Wages. The selected bidder, if any, will be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for this Work. Owner reserves right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered.
