Site work and paving for a road / highway in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bid prices must remain valid for ninety (90) days after the public opening of the bids. Goods and services proposed shall meet all requirements of the Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida. All questions requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be made in writing and shall reach the Owner at least five (5) days prior to the date for receipt of bids. Direct all questions to the attention of Scott Williams, Public Works Director in writing via email at swilliams@coab.us. The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to mill existing pavement and provide new paving as specified in the project manual for City Bid No. 2223-06: Milling and Paving 2023. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents
