Renovation of an educational facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description of the Project: Repair existing air handling system and install 2 AC systems to the existing system for the old cafeteria classroom area. New Branches Charter Academy Board of Directors Purchasing Policy 6320, in compliance with Michigan law, requires competitive bids for this project. Bidders shall submit bid packages that provide the following information: 1. Company Profile: Provide an overview of the company including experience in work of this type and scope. 2. Project Team: Identify the project team manager including contact information (electronic mail and telephone). 3. Pricing: Identify pricing based on the work described in the project as the general scope of the equipment plus installation. Pricing can be in an all inclusive (turnkey) bid or on an item-by-item bid price. 4. Specifications Compliance: Attachment A must be included in the bid package. 5. Signature Page The bid package is to consist of one copy of each of the required documents. Bids submitted that lack any of the required information or documentation may be deemed incomplete and may not be considered for selection, at the discretion of the New Branches Charter Academy Board of Directors, or its designee. Provide equipment, labor, materials, and permitting for the upgrading of existing air handlers. Current air handlers may need some repair including replacing the blower motors. Install 2 AC systems to the air handlers. Existing system is on the roof. A pre bid meeting will be available for interested parties to view the system.
